Health811 symptom assessment tool.  This free and confidential service helps you check symptoms for common respiratory illnesses like the cold, flu, and COVID-19, and provides recommendations on next steps.  For other ways to manage common ailments, check out our handouts section. 

Please contact your pharmacy and allow 2-5 business days for the renewal to be processed.

We strive to complete all submitted paperwork within 10 business days from receipt. You will be contacted when they are ready for pickup.
